General conditions

Scope

These general conditions govern the use of the online booking service offered by Taxi Reservation Sàrl. By making a booking, you accept these conditions in full.

Booking and confirmation

Every booking made through our platform constitutes a firm commitment. A confirmation email is sent automatically after each booking.

Rates and payment

Prices are calculated based on the distance, duration, and type of vehicle selected. The price displayed at the time of booking is the final price, unless changes are requested by the customer.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash to the driver
• Card payment to the driver
• Online payment by card (Visa, Mastercard)
• TWINT
• Invoice (business customers only)

Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. For late cancellations, fees apply as described in our refund policy.

Customer obligations

• Provide accurate contact information and addresses
• Be present at the pickup point at the scheduled time
• Inform us of any changes as soon as possible

Our obligations

• Provide a clean and comfortable vehicle
• Ensure pickup at the agreed time and place
• Offer professional and courteous service

Liability

We cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking.

Airport transfers

For airport pickups, the driver monitors the flight and waits free of charge for 45 minutes (private flights) or 75 minutes (commercial flights) after landing.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
