Refund Policy

Free cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late cancellation

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, the following fees apply:

• Between 24h and 6h before: 50% of the total amount
• Less than 6h before or no-show: 100% of the total amount

Refund of online payments

If you paid online by card and your cancellation is eligible for a refund:

• The refund will be processed to the same card used for payment
• Processing time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Modifications

You can modify your booking (date, time, address) free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup by contacting us by email or phone.

Delays and service issues

In case of delay or service issue attributable to us, a partial or full refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support to report any issue.
